Can ultrasound ( sonography ) reveal prostate cancer? ~ this is my father's question. My ? is how long could he possible have given that his prostate cancer has metastized to the bones and his physical health is only declining. He is experiencing inreasing pain in his posterior and the hip area. He is NOT seeking any treatment other than homeopathy
