Kidney Problems

Had a fast yesterday so felt pain while urinating ,after Having food it became Okay now again started

My dad is 85 years old. he has been complaining that after passing urine he is not feeling comfortable and he shivers after passing urine.the report shows serum creatinine...1.2 mgm, Kidneys are normal and the bladder has a 3.3cm faceted mobile stone.Premic =194cc. postmic=nil. Prostate is 37gm.Kindly advice.Thank you.

My mother is 65yrs old. She is diabetic also. Now from pass one year her creatinine level is increasing. It has reached to 6.7 also her phosphorus level has increased to 6.93, urea 144. Her hemoglobin is 9. She is not ready for dylasis.
