I am kidney transplantation patient
Hello doctor what should be the protein total-spot urine level after 3 yrs of kidney transplant??.Mine is 26.Is it ok or dangerous???

Urinary prorein level in post transplant patients should be  generally less than 250- 500mg/ decilitre as per standard measurement of proteinuria.even lesser proteinurea should be regularly monitored and followed up.more proteinuria requires further evaluation of the cause whether from transplanted or native kidney and whether of glomerular or non glomerular pathology It is not clear in your question the unit in which measurement is done.clarify with your nephrologist
