Urinary prorein level in post transplant patients should be generally less than 250- 500mg/ decilitre as per standard measurement of proteinuria.even lesser proteinurea should be regularly monitored and followed up.more proteinuria requires further evaluation of the cause whether from transplanted or native kidney and whether of glomerular or non glomerular pathology
