Hey, I am doing intermediate-advance gym for last 7 years hence taking 1 scoop whey protein (25gm) after workout. Recently I found that I have a
kidney stone ~3.3mm. What could be the reason for that stone? Since I am vegeterian hence need to take 1 scoop whey protein to maintain daily protein requirement for muscle build (also have to manage carb level in diet).
My weight is 78kg
