Kidney Problems

While peeing its burning and its hurting alot please help me what is the reasons and symptoms i should take regarding this

Regularly pain in left and right upper qudrant last 4 month....ivp test me horseshoe kidney....is there some problem

My father is suffering with sepsis and on ventilator and dialysis. Doctors had told me there is a kidney failure but after dialysis there is a 10 ml urination and blood pressure is at 145/65 and po2 is 100 and heart rate is 100 - 116. Is there any chance improving kidney function after continuous dialysis and is it possible to get urination after kidney failure ?
