Kidney Problems

I have been diagnosed with Urine TB and I am under ATB treatment from 14/8/17.My urine report improved in 4 weeks of ATB treatment. However, symptoms like frequent urination and occasional pain still trouble me. I got CT scan done, all ok except a thickened wall of the bladder. Please advise do I need to get a cystoscopy done and why? When do the symptoms like urination or pain start to disappear, or do I need to take bladder specific medicines?

I have breathlessness, cough, pedal oedema, high blood pressure from last 1month... unable to sleep at night

My father who is 65 yrs old has Grade 3 prostatomegaly with median lobe and mobile bladder calculus with significant PVRU. He is diabetic what are the options for treatment and which is best.

I am feeling very frequent urination which is very painful in terms of inflammation. I am also feeling a strong urge to go to toilet for urination very frequently and I am also able to notice some dilute blood drops in urine also. I am also having pain in lower back.
