Right kidney mild dilatation of pelvicalyceal system normal size9.7×5.6cms echo texture.cortico medullary differentiation is normal.no calculus.no mass lesion.pls help what is my problem.

I have some phenazopyridine from a previous uti, and I think I have another uti now. Is it alright to take the remainder of these pills before I see a doctor to take a urine sample? Or should I hold off on having it in my system before I take the urine test

I have varicocele for almost 7 years. But in the recent times it has been messing up a lot.Also my T-level is 400 ng/dl.
