I got my USG Done and found multiple calculus and the biggest one 15 mm in right pelvis and facing mild pain in right side at the back under the ribs cage.. I do not wish to opt for surgery as I am HIV Postive But on ART so suggest any other way to get rid of these.

Loosing drops of urine after urination for 5 minutes and also sometimes loosing a jelly like liquid which cause a foul smell

I am 29 male have pus cells 6-8 and RBC is 25-30, Blood and Protein is also positive in Urine. And the HB in blood is 14.3% RBC are in 5.39 million and Platelets are 1.90 million. Neutrophils is 77 and MCH is 26.5 please suggest me what to do.

SUFFERING from URETHRAL STRICTURE since 1 1/2 years while starting URINATION feels pain and after completion of URINATION again I feels little pain even FLOW of URINATION also is little slow I was operated for HIGH BLADDER NECK 07 Feb of this year after that I was feeling well appx two months then again it was started pain and gradually FLOW became very weak and again I was operated with ureteral STRICTURE on 23 may of this year since then I have pain while starting and at last . please guide me.  regards
