One kidney person
My mother in law has operated 17 years back to remove 1 kidney due to urine stones. Because of which the weight is 113kg aged 50 years old. How to reduce weight and maintain life with 1 kidney. Also having high BP issues.

One kidney may not be the cause of more weight.blood pressure is to be regularly monitored and should be kept in control as it may affect kidney function For obesity consult a physician/dietician to have proper clinical examination and formulate a weight reducing plan
