Calculus stones in both kidneys
Hello,
I've calculus stones in my both kidneys. Left -12mm, right - 6.3 mm. I consulted a doctor who suggests me for a surgery it's kind of drilling the kidney. Am 27 now and so scared. I don't want to do this at this age. Just for a second opinion am consulting here. Please help out.

Reports shows figures above normal range
Creatinine .89 mg/dl (.5 to .8) is normal range acc. To lab and egfr is 89 , where Bun is 8.83 mg/dl and Bun/sr. Creatinine ratio is 9.92. serum albumin is 4.9 gm/dl (3.2 to 4.8) normal range acc. To lab. Do I have CKD . Why normal range of lab values are different from that is on internet . Should I go for other lab for test. Please suggest
