  4. Large extrarenal pelvis. Answer me?

Large extrarenal pelvis
I have a pain on lower right side a weak ago I consult doctor they ask me to take ultrasound, & today I take ultrasound whose report show that I have "pelvicalyceal system show moderate over filling with large extrarenal pelvis. Does it is a major problem please answer me?
