I have had bad pain in my lower pelvis since friday afternoon and i cant eat very much. I dont know what it is wheather it is a kidney infection or bladder infection.

Pain in pelvis can be due to bladder or kidney problem.. it can also be due to menstrual problem.. Get an USG abd and pelvis and Urinalysis done
