Having frequent urination problem with pain and burning sensation during urination and even after. Strong urge to urinate again and again

I done lft test Sgpt 115 Sgot 60 Bilirubin 1.3 All other normal value I took usg scan it have liver fatty grad1 I started treatment with doctor Medicing udiliv 300 After 25 days my sgpt 22 and sgot 19 Bilirubin 1.3 I am taking medicin 1 week agan If i stop medicin my lft level increase ? Or need to continue lifelong

A week ago I had urine test it says 2-4 hpf pus cells. So my dr. Suggested me some antibiotics.. and Today I had another urine test and it says occasionally pus cells. Is it okay normal ? Or do I have to take more antibiotics.
