My father's test reports came yesterday and the abnormalities are as follows- Blood urea nitrogen(BUN)-77.9mg/dl Serum Creatinine-13.14mg/dl ESR(Westergren)-101 mm/Ist hr Could you please tell what this may mean and what should be our further course of action? Many thanks.

I have varicocele for almost 7 years. But in the recent times it has been messing up a lot.Also my T-level is 400 ng/dl. I feel all sorts of low-t symptoms such as fatigue, depression, upper body muscle loss, lower body fat gain etc. I consulted andrologist, but he told that the T-level is in normal range. In the recent times, I completely lost all muscle in the upper body alone and by face has also become gaunt. How do I raise the t-level w/o surgery since the urologist is also against surgery

I have been diagnosed with Urine TB and I am under ATB treatment from 14/8/17.My urine report improved in 4 weeks of ATB treatment. However, symptoms like frequent urination and occasional pain still trouble me. I got CT scan done, all ok except a thickened wall of the bladder. Please advise do I need to get a cystoscopy done and why? When do the symptoms like urination or pain start to disappear, or do I need to take bladder specific medicines?
