Kidney Problems

I have having burning while passing urien and its not passing in a flow 100 degree fever, heavinsess in head and not able to open eyes..fatigue etc

Hi I get frequent urination sometimes I feel urge to urinate every half an hour and there is a dribbling as well. I feel continuous pressure to urinate. I Consulted doctors but iam not relieved. I had got ultra sound and blood sugar tests done and with every thing was fine in that. Please suggest me.

Hi Doctor, I feel regular secretion of urine droplets . It increases more often during sitting posture and dueing sneeze. Any suggestions ? Alao, does Shilajit helps in this case ?

Previous Diagnosis -Slightly High BP ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN REVEALS: LEFT RENAL CORTICAL CYSTS GRADE II FATTY CHANGES IN LIVER PROSTATOMEGALY LEFT KIDNEY is normal in size (9.4 x 5.3 cm), outline and echogenicity. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No evidence of calculus or hydronephrotic changes seen. Two well defined, thin lined, anechoic cystic lesions with posterior acoustic enhancement are noted at lower pole, larger one measures ~ 2.3 x 1.9 cm ; exophytic in location.

My sister's kidney is 80% damaged and she has fever and body pain for 7 days and her tlc count is 24000 . What should I do now? please respond immediately.
