Bph for the last 4 years ,
Using contiflow .4 mg for the last 4 years , but now onwards facing frequent uti , sometimes need to take antiboitic for get rid of uti , want to avoid surgery , mg bph size is 38 gm with a small diverticulum, kindly suggest further

Hi Repeated UTI and diverticulum all indicates that it is advisable to undergo surgery. If you postpone and land up in complications than doing surgery later when bladder becomes totally decompensated will result in failure of surgery. Better to get the surgery done earlier.
