I have lump on left testicular region. i have underwent ultrasound it showed a complex avascular hypoechoic nodule in the left epididymal tail sixzw 1.7*1.8*1.5 cm

My father had angioplasty in 2005,and he taking regular medicine of the same.now he is having urine issues so we done test in that creatinine leval was 1.6 . I just want to know it's normal or not . Pls tell me further course of action .

I have 10-15cells/hpf pus in urine and occult blood test is present+.. Epithelial cells are 4-5/hpf and R. B. CS are 2-3/hpf in the reports... Is this severe??? What are the medications needed? How do i go about it?? Any recommendations??

I am 49 yrs old male, suddenly suffering from a severe pain in the back below shoulder since yesterday evening (likely a muscle pain) but in the morning notice a few drops of blood in my shorts.The source and cause is not know and identified but didn't noticed any blood with urine or from rectum. Even there is no pain while urinating or no problem in passing urine. is it very serious or what may be the cause?

For a few weeks I've had constant urinary urgency, but no pain and no other symptoms. It feels like my bladder is full 100% of the time, even after I have gone to the bathroom. About six weeks ago, I had similar symptoms and went to the doctor who prescribed an antibiotic because there were low levels of leukocytes in my urine. The symptoms went away and returned. I took D-Mannose and they subsided, but now they are back. I don't believe this is a UTI.

NCCT KUB Screening diagnosed 1. Approx 9.3x13.5mm (1400HU) calculus in left ureter. There is proximal hydroureteronephrosis. 2.5mm calculus is in lect interpolar calyx 2. Approx 3.1x2.5cm hypodense lesion likely cyst in right kidney. Please suggest. Doctor advised to do Lt URS +Laser LC Is there any option to avoid operation? Many Thanks

I have kidney stone of 4mm which I found last month .I had pain killers but now the pain is back ...my doctor told do a CT scan and there was not stone found.did a urine test and the result is urine colour yellow, specific gravity 1.014,RBC 0-1/hpf,pus cells 4-6 ,epithelial cells 0-1/hpf ,Uric acid 5.2mg/dl, calcium 9.9mg/ , phosphorus 3.2mg/dl.

During pee I saw red worm in urine how to get it treated what can be the reason for getting worms in urine
