Constant dull pain in the lower abdomen and upper and lower back pain with which awakens me from sleep evryday..and 18-20 pus cells in urine

Hi I did a blood test recently and the results are the following: Serum phosphorous is 2.4 mg/dL GGT is 8 U/L Calcium is 9.5 mg/DL Potasium is 4.4 mmol/L What could be wrong ?

I've been extremely fatigued for the past few weeks, experiencing pain in my abdomen, sides, lower back, and sometimes chest, with frequent headaches, slight tremors in my hands and lower body, and also a foul smelling urine.
