Kidney Problems

Hello! Basically, my grandfather is having breathing issues and we've been trying to figure out what is needed to help him for two months now. It only comes at nights, his face turns dark purple and he stops breathing or hardly breathes for several minutes. Hi, My dad is a kidney patient since December 2016. His creatinine level is ACR 300. We have been consulting a doctor and somehow by medicines, the swelling in face and legs etc part is maintained. But still, there is a severe weakness. Do we need to consult another doctor?

Diagnosed with UTI 2days back. Doc said my urine is full of blood cells and have to give urine culture test. Is it severe? I'm getting slight fever every night. I read it online and it's said fever usually comes if the infection reache kidneys. Is it common? Can it be treated with antibiotics?
