My culture came positive for this i have no fever was having ithing in legs lower legs nothing else what should i do do i need go to hospital or can be treated at home

Dear Doctor, I have kidney stone problem since long time before 03 month doctor found that small kidney stone about near by 5mm size in left ureter...The doctor gave me medicine for 15 days but the stone did not pass, since 03 days I only feel tolerable pain in left groin area...what should I do now is my stone will pass normally...is this normal or good sign...kindly suggest

I have tendency to pee as there is pressure to pee but after peeing feeling mild pain on private part. Consulted doctor yesterday and he gave me antibiotics for UTI . Last month only I did ultra for kidney and there was no abnormality noticed . Yesterday I did urine test and results are fine . Should I need to wait and see?
