Kidney Problems

I've just puked, pretty empty because I've had just a tea in the last 7 hours. Also I smoke weed, often and for a long time. I don't normaly puke, I dont remember the last time that happened. Also worth to mention that I don't really eat a lot, I'm 1.82cm tall, weight is around 72kg. Last time I ate fast foot (chicken with frees). Please tell me your professional opinion. I know it might wont be a big deal, but just in case.

So this past week i have been waking up to seriously strong stomach/bladder aches, as i turn in bed there is a very strong pain and it only calms down once i am in a fixed position. i consider this perhaps a bladder issue as only once i have gone to urinate do i get a sense of relief. In terms of my lifestyle, i have recently had a shift in work schedule (1pm to 10pm) and have started to gain tremendous weight, I also consume about 5 to 6 mugs of green tea a day.

My mother is Diabetic & 60 + old. Her creatinine is 8+ which is abnormal . She has become very weak & have urine infection, Rbc cont low .Doctor is trying to bring her creatinine down by medicines , however it is not working. He informed that we have to go for Dialysis .

I observe inability to void completely and dribbling post urination. I have been through abdomen CT with contrast 3 to 4 times and uroflometry also. The problem could not be identified.
