Kidney Problems

I first saw this last night. The blood is clearly visible in my urine and it does not hurt. I am a 16 year old female.

In my USG there is evidence of mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter on the left upto 10mm upper ureteric calculus.,it causes mild pain on left upper back . please advice me what to do?. .

My age is 45years I am a male. I have urine problem mujhe bar bar peshab aata hi din me lagbhag 8=10 bar rat me 2_3 bar. I have tested all urine test all test is normal No sugar problem. Please give me suggestions & medicine.

I have urinary infection so doctor prescribed me some antibiotics.. After a week my back pain has gone.but now again my back and lower stomach paining,during urination no irritation occurs..is that urinary infection again??

Is there any medicine for dissolving stone from ureter and the get fast reliefs from pain

In my wife's urinary report everything is normal except pus cells: 60-70/HPF and Epithelial: 2-4/HPF what does it means and how to cure it. Help very much appreciated.

Ultrasound report attached. Initially Stone size was 13 mm after that it was 3mm but nowadays it was 7mm. It is since Last 2year.

My brother got pain in his penies. And he also take x-ray and ultra sound there is nothing in his kidney. And there also a urine problem. He takes many medicine but there is no improve. So sir please tell what to do to his problem.
