Took DMSA Report showed Split renal function as left kidney 43% and Right kidney 57% for my 7 month old baby. Is this normal?

I do have kidney stones. but today since morning the pain is so severe. even if i breathe.

I did a PSA test three months back and the score was 2.8. An ultrasound revealed a urine retention level of 20%. Since my blood sugar levels were also slightly elevated ( random sugar test reading of 147), the doctor suggested that we wait for some time before deciding on treatment.
