Hello I am having pain in my back and I feel very incomfortable and sometimes it pains near my left chest when my bladder is full.

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done along with the ultrasonography of the abdomen  especially for kidney,ureter, bladder to help to make a baseline diagnosis.treatment as per your investigation findings
