Hello Doctors Attaching here the screenshot of USG where patient has been diagnosed with Renal Calculi. Is there any chance of removing these calculi automatically through medications or it requires Surgical procedure??? If surgical, would Laser Surgery will work???

Hello doc, I had kidney stones problem for 2 consecutive years and rest two years there's no problem. But from one month am getting flank pain, sometimes both sides or one side especially right side after woke up and sometimes during the day. I went for ultrasound abdomen there's no renal calculi and everything normal but grade 1 fatty liver. Am still having problem with flank pain. What to do ?? Is anything wrong ?? Please help and suggest. Thank you
