Kidney Problems

I have CT scan report of abdomen and perlvis; Which refers the following; 5*3.5mm calculus seen in left ureter at the level of L4/5 intervertebral disc causing mild hydronephrosis. No left renal calculus seen.. My doctor start giving me flowmax .4 on daily basis. Is it viable to treat like this or other treatment recommendation?

"significant scrotal wall edema" is the report i got in Ultrasound can u suggest me to which Dr i should consult a Dermatologist or Urologist coz i am suffering from last two months and consulting with dermatologist but got no relief after taking antibiotics for a week it getting normal but again it is coming to same after stopping the medication

Moderate hydroreteronophrosis due to UV junction calculus measuring 16mm in size.

I have got 9mm and 10 mm stones in left and right kidney. The doctor have suggested Himalaya Cystone and Neeri Tablets. In addition, for cough relief he has suggested Mahacef OZ and Enbios Capsules for gut problem. But I am regularly feeling headache, dizziness and weakness throughout the day especially 1-2 hours after medicine. Please suggest.

Urge to urin frequently, brownish or yellowish urin if drink water normaly. If i drink lot AMD lot of watet colour will be normal.then again in the morning brownish urin.burning sensation.done qith urin flowmetry. Ultra scaning KUB ,urin test, lft.bad urin smell what to do?

Hello Doctor. My father 58yrs old, found simple cortical cyst of 3cm in the upper pole of left kidney. Is this something serious? Please Say what should we do? Also founds diffuse grade 1 fatty changes in liver. What does it mean? Please help us doctor.

Fainting ,ulcers,un usually urination,sweating,pain in lower abdomen,pain at gastric region

Sir,he had fever from Tuesday evening .we consulted u on wednesday morning.after urine test you gave medicine for urinary infection for 5 days. Still he has fever up to 101.5.that too mostly at night and early mornings. In vedhanayagam hospital they told to come if fever comes. Is this fever because of stone? He gets slight pain in lower abdomen. Kindly suggest what we have to do.
