Recurring UTI problem, too much of burning . Have tried Cipla, norflox 400, renalka

I have Kidney stones in my left kidney measure about 5-6 mm I am using Homeopathic medicine called Mother tincture of Beri Beri vulgaris , sparsilla and cantharis I have two questions 1. can a Homeopathic medicine high in power cause Kidney damage? 2. For how long it will take for Kidney stone of 5 to 6 mm to damage the kidney which is not obstructing the Ureter

Hi Expert, I had a couple of kidney stones in the year 2012. In the recent months I have felt lower than usual pressure when I urinate. Moreover, when closer to completely passing urine , towards the end - i feel little odd pressure 3 inches below the belt area. Could you please advise?
