I've recently had a buccal mucosa urethroplasty, the catheter has been in for 4 weeks and I'm still getting one or two blood clots in the leg bag per day <3cm long. Should I get this checked out?

My wife is having UTI problem. She face it many times. She takes URIFAST and then she feels ok. Then after many months she have same problem. This problem is with her after marriage. She feels frequent urge to urine and abdominal pain. Her report is attached. Help what to do.

Whenever I use shoes with new or old socks. Facing problems with hot feet, tingling, feeling like putting feet on hot stove. If Bare foot it's fine without any problem. Same time I have mild burning sensation in bladder. Earlier i had all urin test and scanning reports to my bladder no negative found. I had nerve sensitivity test also no negative results.
