Do Smoking cause any problems to DJ stent placed in the kidney ureteral part???Please advise on the same...

USG of abdomen.rk 10.9 and left 11.4 cm.what is the problem.any infection.my WBC also 12000.is this major prob.

Right kidney measures-97mm.left kidney measures-95mm.both kidney are normal in size and shape and position. Cortical echogenicity and corticomedullry differentiation are normal.one tiny calculus measuring 3.6mm is seen in midfle calyx of kidney.n o evidence of hydronephrosis or mass lesion seen.
