Kidney Problems

Hi Doc I have been diagnosed Underactive bladder By doing Urodynamic Study my bladder capacity is 230ml but I am not able to hold 230 ml . Sensation - Normal Compliance- Normal Detrussor function only-Detrussor pressure went upto 2cm of H2O Flowrate - Low Detrussor Pressure- Not raising much wven with abdominal strain Fitst desire -135ml Normal desire 190 ml Strong desire -191ml Low capacity, Normal compliance, Normal sensation and feauture suggestive of UnderActive Detrussor Bladder I had to urinate often in 5 to 10 ml in 15 to 20 min if I hold the urine for long time it develops pain in flank . Dr has prescribed Alfuzozin Prolonged release tablet it doesn't seems to work rather it developed constipation and back pain I have a doubt do I have Underactive bladder or Overactive bladder

My usg is showing raised echogenicity however kft is normal Pls advice if this normal Also grade 1 fatty levet and prostate

My urine is a brownish orange colour and it has always been that colour but I've never understood why. I always drink 6-8 cups of water a day. Can you tell me what is wrong with my body?

From last 40 days i get burning sensation which lasted for 2,3 hours.so i consult a urologist. all urine and blood test,CT scan.everything is normal.urine test comes negative.no infection.My prostate is Normal size,no kidney stone .my urine speed get reduced.it take take to complete my bladder and urine start and stop in between.Please help

Hi Doc My Father have BPH so has to cure doctors suggested to surgery the Prostate . He has done cystoscopy . After Cystoscopy done they have put Cathersiation ,while removing Cathersiation bleeding came He is in home now but he getting fever continuously and some prickling pain underneth Dr has given some medicine for this condition Is it normal getting continuous fever Is he got septic in urethra area        Best Regards

Dear Doctor, my father in law has been affected with renal kidney cyst size 65*75mm left kidney. Right kidney cyst size is 45*35 mm. Do we need to operate and remove the cyst?. Is it lead to cancer?.
