Hello i'm a 20 year old boy.for the past 3 years i have being experiencing split urination(my urine splits into two streams).untill recently there has been another problem.I feel the urgency to urinate every now and then and still the urine splits into two.When i urinate i feel like there is still some left in me.I don't think this is due to prostate enlargement cos i learnt it affects only men around the ages of 40 and above and i'm only 20.so please what is wrong with me and what should i do?

This morning I woke up in pain in my groin area felt like "blue balls" so I tried to fall back asleep after :/ relieving myself to try and solve the problem and when I woke up most the pain is gone but I'm urinating frequently and have slight pressure while urinating

Hi, Before CT scan my serum creatine was 0.9 . It has been 5 days and my serum creatine is 1.1. Is that a problem?
