Kidney Problems

Hi, I feel pain while urinating and always feel like I have to pee.i am suffering from constipation also for past 3 days ever since I am facing pain while urination.i am drinking lots of water but that's not helping.could you please help me with some medicines and suggestions.i am very pissed off

My blood preaaure someyimes normal and low but during noon is high. tomorrow i have to see a doctor. What should i do to lower my bp immediately?

Right kidney shows 2_3 concretions seen in mid and lower pole region. Evidence of mild hydronephrosis right side seen with evidence of a calculus measuring approx 1.25 cm seen in right renal pelvis.

I have taken prednisolone 40mg for two weeks 3days later did rapid hiv test which came negitive can I belive it? does prednisolone give any effect on hiv test

I ws hvin frequent urination(with volume of urine being high) for last 3-4 weeks. I used to take urikind and oford lb fr that which made the FU suppressed bt it always came back. Last week i met an urologist and he advised me to take flaovocip 200mg 2x a day for 5 dys.And after taking that, the freq urination has stopped and now i just feel a little urine remaining in my urethra after voiding. Another problem is, last week i had loose motionand for that i had taken Norflox tablets for 2 days which resolved the issue. Now the problem is i feel a slight discomfort in my lower abdomen and i am having tenderness is these locations when i touch/press them: 1-Illiac crest, 2- left and right side of stomach(just below the ribs) 3- lower right ribs( and slight tenderness in left side too) Also i have a feeling of fullness and bloating. And whn i eat i feel full and little nauseous aftr eating nrmal quantity to. Tests i hv dine alrdy: Ultrasnd, urinalyis, cbc, fasting sugar, all came negative

Hi Doc , Uterus :- It is alternated measuring 64 mm in long scan . Myometerial echotexture is normal .Endometrial lining is prominent & hyperechoic. No Mass and fibroid is seen in uterus . RT adnexa :- Single oval shaped sonolucent cyst with lots of internal echoes seen in rt adnexa . It is rtovarian cyst with oldhemorrhage measuring 52X49X49 mm

I m facing a problem of frequent urination during whole day/ night. 10 years back I was diagnosed with kidney stone and after that the problem of frequent urination also begins. Stone was in left kidney and it was extracted by itself, but after that kidney formed more stone in both left and right side. I have gone for a surgery in 2016 for the extraction of left kidney stone. The problem of frequent urination is still same as it was before. If I drink very less water than also I am having frequent urge of urination. Please suggest.
