Prostrate medicine with BP medicine
I take Aten D regularly for Blood Pressure since 10 years. Now I have to take Silodosin for prostrate Should I stop BP medicine while taking Silodosin, as it also has alpha blockers? Can I take becosule ir any other vitamin B suppliment to reduce side effects of Silodosin? Will it be effective?

You can continue your antihypertensive drugs along with silodosin. Silodosin is more selective to prostate and less likely to have significant effects on hypertension.
