Kidney Problems

I m suffring from again and again pee problem i have to pee after pee the i feel one drop stuck in my unil line . The i have to stand to passed unin drop. But after.passed unine i feel same. I have to urine again . Some time i stand long time to pass out last drop of urine. Please help me or suggest some test please

I have been suffering from 24/7 urgency feel.it started a month ago where the urination where quiet difficult it won't come freely it's like it got freezed.then after some days there were frequency in urination I want to go to restroom after every two hours.now it's like urgency al time though the bladder was empty.its like the urine stands at end feel very uncomfortable .undergone urine tests and results were negative I'm really worried about it can't able to concentrate in my work.

Last week i saw few symptoms such as swelling of leg face and my doctor advised me to do a blood and urine test and urine test showed protein in the Urine. I am not suffering from diabetes or BP. I am taking medication from a general physician do i need to consult a specialist since my swelling on my face reduced but the swelling on my legs and stomach remains the same.
