Less quantity frequent urination
I used to urinate properly but since few days the quantity has decreased and even if there is urge to urinate frequently, quantity of urine is pretty less. Also urine is not coming out in a free flow like it used to be. I am having telishta h as I have high blood pressure. I drink whisky regularly. I drink lemon water, green tea, and eat healthy food comprising of beet roots carrots cucumber in salad. And fish or chicken , vegetables with oats. No rice or roti. Very less.

You have to quantify the urine amount in a day, if it is around 1000- 1500ml this can be just increased frequency due to infection with small quantity each time but total output is good. If output is really low then you have to get evaluated for renal dysfunction. Stream cannot be estimated now if the quantity of urine is low.
