It's been 5months i have been experiencing this prick like sensation in my urethra daily once post void after 5mins , it lasts for 5-10 mins not continuous, intermittent prick 5months got treated for uti Now culture is negative But mild hydronephrosis is persistent No vur Currently using Tamsulosin but the prick doesn't go off

Have been diagnosed with chronic Epididymitis 04 months before, and now after done with semen analysis: 5-7Pus cells found, RBCs 0-1, Epithelial cells few. Is this normal or just inflammation or infection?
