Needle prick like sensation in urethra
It's been 5months i have been experiencing this prick like sensation in my urethra daily once post void after 5mins , it lasts for 5-10 mins not continuous, intermittent prick
5months got treated for uti
Now culture is negative
But mild hydronephrosis is persistent
No vur
Currently using Tamsulosin but the prick doesn't go off
