Kidney Problems

I have taken oflox 200 antibiotic for 5 days and my cultural test reports have come now. Shall I be concerned now? If yes, what should be my prescription ? PFA the report

Im having low urine output for about a month now. Ive got all the tests done and the uldtrasound too. My serum cretainine is 1.1 and there are no traces of glucose or albumin in my urines. All the tests indicate perfect functioning of urine. Howwere ive a cyst in my right kidney that is a size of 3.3x2.4 cm and a very mild enlargenent of prostate gland measuring 3.4x3.7x3.4 . And no mass lesion noted. What seem to be the problem?

My mother aged 66 is detected with heavy growth of Streptococcus pyogenes in culture report. Pls suggest what this means and is it something to worry about. As of now she has been given antibiotics of a 5 day course.
