How to avoid kidney problems in advance protection. Please also suggest that how much quantity of water is needed per day.

Brothers Creatinine level have gone to 7.4 which means both Kidneys are damaged. They would like to know if there are any medicines the Creatinine level can come down? and can it be treated without Dialysis and Kidney Transplantation.
