Kidney Problems

I had this problem before and I was diagnosed but i dont remember the medicine name. . Now again I'm having same problem. . I feel like peeing but I can't pee it's very painful that I can't bear it. I'm in rural area that I can't reach good hospitals. . For now to spend this night I need medical advice
