My father is 70 years old and suddenly 3 days before he got UTI and it's too painful so we visit to nearest doctor in ultrasound doctor find enlarge prostate and psa test is 42.9 what the next step now he is with the catheter and I m giving him Antibiotics injection one gram bd and right now he is in Saudi arabia

I have pain and burning while urinating for past 1 week. I thought it was body heat since then I am drinking more water. But getting more pain now

Hi Doctors, My wife delivered son on 28th April and soon after she got Urine retention issue and since then same gynecologist and her husband (urologist) are suggesting her catheterization and she is in catheterization for more than a month now and today when she removed catheter and checked the retained urine in bladder she found it was 130 Ml and now my wife started feeling streched near c-section stitches. Medication she provided - Silofast 8 Mg 1 daily , Urifast 100MG 1 daily and Urotone thrice a day. For God sake provide suggestions and for humanity. God will bless you.
