Kidney Problems

I pee around 12times in a day. I have suffered from UTI 2 years back and so I know its not really the same. I don't have any pain or burning sensation. It's just that I pee 12 times. I drink around 2 ltrs of water. This has been the case for 1yr or more. Is this normal?
