I have been reported kidney stone
I have been reported kidney stone in right kidney calculas 2.6 mm and left distal ureter shows 6.1 mm as of 16 th June scan. On last month scan on 16 th may it was right kidney calculas 2.1 mm and left ureter 7 mm. kindly suggest

Ureteric stones are usually symptomatic and may cause significant obstruction.
Get urine examination routine and microscopic also to detect any associated infection along with a functional study like IVP or CT Urography to know degree of obstruction caused by stones.
Medical expulsive therapy may benefit a lot number of patients but not everybody.
oxalates & uric acid restricted diet is useful.urinary stones inhibitors like mixture of potassium magnesium citrate mixed with glass of water thrice daily in doses of 15 ml every time help in treatment.consult a urologist for detailed prescription
