Kidney Problems

Hello doctor. I'm having a severe pain in my left back where the left kidney is located "since a month".It is not continuous.It comes and within 10 -15 it goes away.Every day it is paining.but it lasts only a few seconds and gets alright later.I am thinking that it may be kidney disease as it is paining in exact kidney located area.Is it so or anything else.Do I want to have any scan to know the problem. Pls suggest me sir.

I have stone in kidney 4 mm please guide me what kind of food and vegetables i need to avoid , and i am attaching report i also have grade 1 fatty liver is it also a big problem

Calculi noted in right kidney lower pole calyx measuring 4.0 mm mid pole calyx measuring 5.0 mm and upper pole calyx measuring 5.0 mm., calculi noted in left kidney lower pole calyx measuring 4.0 mm and upper pole calyx measuring 5.0 mm

Urine is not flow clearly and it's creats pain. After USG the report shows the below problem Right kidney shows mild hydronephrosis Left kidney shows gross hydronephrosis impression-Bilateral renal hydronephrosis. Please suggest proper treatment and some medicine to cure

I have kidney disease and I have a bladder problem so we can transplant kindey or not please let me know what is the reason

I had history of kidney stones formation. Recently now and then I am getting pain around kidneys area.
