Kidney Problems

I feel my urine remain after paas and I feel again and again urine after 1-2 hour , and not in flow .

Periods delay was happened this month along with urin problem continuously stomach pain,fever in the night,

For last one month my urinalysis every time showing 15mg/dl protein. My UPCR is 0.032. My BP 130-140/70-80. NO diabetes. Why everytime protein coming? Is this the beginning of CKD? My creatnine level range always in 0.8-0.9 mg/dl. NO other symptoms.

My father is having PSA level 8.62 & prostate weight is 65 gms. MRI report suggest BPH &_rest are normal. Kindly suggest any surgery is needed or it can be treated by medicine.
