Kidney Problems

I've been experiencing some pain in the nerves of the pubic region when some pressure is applied on that area. Please advise and help.

I had kidney and right upper uretor stone. I operated 25 days earlier using ureteroscope Ho : yag laser and DJ stent were placed and lithotripsy process. Yesterday I did ultrasound and in report again 1 stone in right upper uretor and renal pelvis again shown. I met doctor again and he told to re ureteroscope surgery again. Is it good to operate again in 25 days ??? Please sir / mam suggest.

I am suffering from kidney problem. Creatinine is 3.82 and all report are normal like uric acid, blood urea, PTH, calcium, phosphorus and so on. Please advise Ayurvedic Docter or home remedies treatment.
