Kidney Problems

My husband is on a drug court program that's very strict in our County he gets urine drug test every day he's never had a problem failing any test before a week or so back he failed for alcohol just once on one day not a day before and not the day after he contested it and they sent off to a lab and they said that the levels were 5382 now I know for a fact my husband does not drink because of his father being an alcoholic with cirrhosis and his mother is dying of a liver disease he took it upon

My husband kidney creatinine level is 5.2 he is taking tablet for this problem now a days he's feeling some headache frequently. Is the symptoms of any other problem in his body? Please help me.

From some days whenever i pee i get smell like somewhat Coconut water. I cant understand what exactly that smell is. But its nearly like coconut water. Is it any serious issue? Why its smelling like this? Is that could be a serious cause of any serious problem ???
