Hiii Dr frm past 5yrs every half n hour I used 2 run fr a loo, I showed fr a Dr she used 2 give urine test n always she say urine infection, I done test 4 to 5 tyms but every tym same infection dey say n 1ce I check sugar test even dat also showed normal den y I'm facing dis prblm Dr pls help me out is der any prlm wit me r its normal Thanks!!?!!

Hi, I have always had no issues with sleeping. I usually sleep for 7 to 8 hours, and don't need to wake up. For past few days, I am experiencing this strange pattern where every day, I have to wake up once or twice to urinate. And then I have trouble falling asleep again. This is disrupting my sleep, and I feel sleepy throughout the day. I tried reducing fluid intake in the evening, but that didn't help either. I have never had such a problem. I can even hold my urine if the situation demands. Help appreciated.

Will too mch consuming of alcohol cause urine infection and excessive urine flow..i used to drink a lot of beer daily and am suffering from heavy urine flow nowadays..
