Hello , I m 30 year old and facing urinary continence problem , dropping of urine after urine. Mostly it happens after bending or any movement and feels wet In underwear after every visit to bathroom. I have also visited urologist but all report come nill. Please help!!

I'm having pain in lower abdomen and pelvic region from morning onwards. I have gone to a doctor nearby to consult and did diagnosis for blood and urine test which concluded puss cells on the higher side ranging from 8-10 whereas reference is less than 4.And absolute lymphocyte count in dufferential wbc count is 1420 whereas the refere3 is 2000-4500. He gave the below medicines as well - Rabno DSR Symbocin OZ Cataspa But there is still no relief kindly suggest a quick remedy.
