Kidney Problems

I have attached my scan reports pls advice medication should i go through any procedure to clear this size kidney stones or will it be cured by medicine?

Sir i have kidney stone in left kidney moderate hydro ureteronephorosis with proximal ureteric caliculi measures-7.3mm I have severe pain when iwant to consult doctor he told compulsory surgery plaese give correct suggestions and tell the medicine to slove the problem

As per scan reports I have kidney stones. Right kidney shows calculus measuring 4mm in mid pole Left kidney shows multiple tiny calculi largest measuring 3mm in mid pole.. I need to know can this size stones be cured by medicine or should I undergo any kind of procedure?

My age is 60, female. I went to doctor last Sunday due to lower back pain and doctor made sonography and found a stone of 7.5mm in my ureter. Aslo advise me to do urine culture. I got my urine culture report yesterday and in the report organism KLEBSIALLA. Doctor pescribe me Mik 500mg inj to take twice daily. What will i do now? Will i take this injection. Or will take other medicine , please pescribe me. I am very nervous. Please advise. Please advise.

My urine flow is not good. My doc suggested urotone thrice a day and flotral 10 once a day. Please suggest
