Polycystic kidney disease pain
I was just diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease. I have had side and lower back pain for 2 weeks that varies in intensity but can be quite painful. I have an appointment with nephrologist in a week, but I'm worried that the pain hasn't subsided and that something might be seriously wrong. Do I need to go to the emergency room?

Microalbumin in urine
For last 6 months, I have increased microalbumin in my urine. I have done 24h urine in which its value was 169 and in dip stick method it is 149. I have seen on net that it's normal range is below 30. My creatinine is under normal range. I don't have hypertension nor I have diabetes.my HbA1c is 5.1.
I don't have any UTI or any STD as that has been checked through PCR from my urine sample.
I don't smoke, neither I drink alcohol.
My father had CKDv and he was under dialysis for 6 years. But he got this disease at the age of 60.
I want to know if the high microalbumin is due to kidney problem or is it important to go for kidney biopsy to know the actual reason . Can my kidney become healthy if I will take medication now.

Hypertension
I was having BP of 180/100 but after 30 min it was 160/80 and pulse was 120-125 in Ecg and it reveals Sinus Tachycardia and after 2 hour it was 140/90 and a terrible occipital headache without taking any medicine.
My Cardiologist has prescribed Betacard AM after seeing my all reports which were all Normal like Thyroid, lipid, Renal, FBS, 2DEcho.
But Renal Doppler has some problem I have attached my reports and he is telling to undergo Renal Angiography but as I have seek second opinion from a Nephrologist he is saying it is just anxiety more specifically health anxiety and nothing else if u want I can write CT Renal Angio for u, just for your sake that u will not be bothering about Ur health
I'm confused who is right whether the cardiologist or the Nephrologist.
Presently My BP is around 140/80 in doctors clinic and at my home it is 130/80 but I'm taking Betacard AM every night.
Should I Stop my medicine or go for Angiography?
