What is the smell of urine if protein is present ? Is it same urea smell or something other ?

Please suggest which fruits and vegetables i should avoid as i am suffering from kidney stone. Please see the attachment of sonography report

Hello , I m 30 year old and facing urinary continence problem , dropping of urine after urine. Mostly it happens after bending or any movement and feels wet In underwear after every visit to bathroom. I have also visited urologist but all report come nill. Please help!!
