Kidney Problems

Hi my mother suffering from kidney stone in right side 16 Mm. Yesterday I had done usg whole it is showing Hydroneprosic and pelviuretric junction calculus. Before yesterday she suffered face sweeling and stomach. Patient age 55

Focal decrease caliber of membranous urethra. short segment stricture. mucosal irregularities noted along bladder outline. cystitis.

Increased bladder wall thickness measuring 11.8 mm. focal decrease caliber of membranous urethra- short segment stricture

I have been feeling pain in kidneys and also have High cholestrol level due to which my BP fluctuate right now its 150/100 after a long walk it reduced to 130/100. I want to know that what test should i get done to know that this issue is because of kidneys or not.

Hi sir , i heard that Finasteride 1mg if u take for 7 yrs for androgenic alopecia , it causes prostate cancer , is that true ? Because i am taking since 3 yrs to combat hair loss, can i take drug for 3 more years or stop it ? Kindly give ur opinion sir

I suffered from typhoid 5 months back after that I am suffering from low grade mild fever since last 5 months. I feel fever internally only. Fever doesnt show up on thermometer. Mostly done all the tests. But normal reports Even LFt, rft and urine routine also normal. So i wanna ask Is it possible to have minor infection in kidneys or urine or liver even when reports are okay. Is there a possibility of false negative report Or the infection not getting recorded while testing because its minor. Please helo I dont have any other symptoms apart from low grade persistent fever

My two sides kidneys are at pain while laying down, usually the pain comes on during late midnight to morning, it is recently getting more. But when walking or standing the pain goes off. Is this sign of kidney stone? What tests required for diagnosis?

Urine color has changed to dark  brown from 3-4days . usually dark yellow color comes when I consume chicken or some food which brings body heat.

Had constipation, got treated for it. Now unable to urinate. Is using catheter. Was advised to get the urodynamic study done. A year ago had paralytic stroke. No other issues. Since the stroke, taking BP tablets. Attaching the urodynamic study. Please advise.

Does consuming beer is helpful for removing kidney stone of 4.7mm while already have UTI and taking medicine for the same. Pls. advise
