I have severe back pain and when I eat something and burps are coming a lot I have a doubt it is due to kindneys affection

My aunt has suffered from intense urinary problem...means she is not able to control it ...scan shows that it's a liver infection and because of that fever also occurred...what should we do...is it a serious problem..

Hi, I've already consulted the best urologist, nephrologist, general physician and surgeon, and even homeopathic doctors on this. I've been having blood in my urine for the past 8 months after fever, chills and a sore throat (frequency of 15 days to a month). Had tests of KFT, LFT, ultrasound KUB, ASO titers, diabetes, CRP, PCR, heamogram, ESR, TB test, urine routine/culture, and CT urogram All are normal except the RBC count which fluctuates from 2 RBC to 120 RBC from time to time. I am out of options here, the last suggested test was cystoscopy but I am not sure if that would be of any use after the color CT urogram. Any suggestions on this would be helpful.
