Kidney Problems

I m 46 yr old and my problem is that i can not hold the urine .when it comes i had to rush to washroom otherwise there are chances that urine comes in my undercloth. sometime in night when i has to go to urine in washroom i rush immedietly and sometime i found that urine comes in my cloth before reaching washroom. what may be my problem and why i can not hold urine. is it curable.

How to improve BP, saturation & fever in urosepsis case ventilation also on 60. & Temp nearly 100 cyclic.

When I am piss, it has to be stressed,After emphasis, urination emerges from the halt,does not hurt.

I have analyst itching since from three years, I have consulted many doctors,They have asked me to do diabetic test but I don't have diabetes.. I have mild pain in my pelvis on and off since 3 months...i did not even consult because it was very mild. However i get pain when i drink too much water and it sometimes hurts unless i urinate. I can feel that pressure and pain more now. I got my blood tests which were normal. Urine had +1 rbc. Urine culture had no organisms. Could this be stone.?  i am 28 yrs old male.
