Kidney Problems

Hi, I could not sleep properly due to too much release of acid in my body. When I sleep, too much sliva comes from my mouth. It has a bitter taste. I feel vomating and chest burning often. I also have frequent urination problem. I went to ultra sound and found my urine bag has been enlarged. I hardly sleep continuously 3 to 4 hours, after that i get up due to acidosis and urine pblm. Please suggest, which specialists, should I consult? How can I over come from this diseases. I also have arthritis pblm. Please any good physician or practice in Delhi, if u have in your knowledge. This winter I have noticed that I get up at night for urination around 2 to 3 am. This hasn't happened before. Recently I have also suffered from an urinary track infection. I don't understand why do I get up at night for urination. Is this any matter of concern? Please help.

I am 30y old woman. Since last 2 days, I'm having this burning sensation while passing urine. This burning lasts for atleast half n hour and is most severe during the first urine in the morning. Other than that, there is this severe back ache (could be due to work out as well) and nausea. Also a general feeling of being unwell. I have increased water intake. What should I do ..?

I underwent prostrateTURP a year back with biopsy reports suggesting benign prostatic hyperplasia. Currently an USG stated 2.5 cm ecogenic nodule in the left side of my prostrate with PSA reports coming out to be 6.1 ng/ml and 6.7ng/ml in a span of 4 months. My prostrate volume post turp is 48cm * 43cm * 42cm. What should i do now?
